Villa Splendida is a fantastic luxury villa within walking distance of the quaint village of Manerba del Garda. Newly built, the villa sleeps 8 guests, has lake views and a private swimming pool.

Located just a 10 minute walk from both the village centre and lake, Villa Splendida offers a luxury base, perfect to explore this beautiful area. And when you're finished exploring, relax around the private pool or sit back and enjoy the views over the lake from the first floor terrace.

Equipped with every comfort, the villa is spread over two levels overlooking the landscaped gardens and pool and sleeps 8 guests over 4 double bedrooms.

The ground floor is host to three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is ensuite). Head upstairs to the bright and spacious living area with wonderful terrace and lake view. There is a modern, open plan kitchen, well-equipped with dishwasher & coffee machine as well as a service bathroom.

The master bedroom is also upstairs and has its own terrace (with lake view!). This room also has an en-suite bathroom.

Of the 4 bathrooms, 2 are ensuite and 3 have a shower. The last bathroom is a standard service bathroom with toilet only.

If you fancy some al-fresco dining, head outside to the patio, complete with table, chairs and gas barbecue. The patio opens onto the wonderfully kept gardens where you can take a dip in the private pool or simply relax on one of the deck chairs or sun loungers. Parasols provided if you fancy a break from the summer sun!

WIFI is included and the villa has a modern cooling system throughout.

LOCATION

Villa Splendida is located in Manerba del Garda and is just a 10 minute walk from both the village centre and the lake.

We highly suggest having a vehicle here to make the most of this wonderful area but the village is within walking distance and does have restaurants, bars and the beach!

The villa has a large private parking area for 2 - 3 cars and is within the property grounds.

Villa Splendida is just under a 1 hour drive from both Milan Bergamo and Verona airports
