Description

Villa Pinoli is a traditional country villa and set just above Salò (hence the great lake views!), it's within walking distance to town, restaurants, shops and the beaches of Salò.

Surrounded by acres of private park, woodland and olive groves, Villa Pinoli is a stunning Italian country villa. Completely renovated in 2019, the designers have added modern comfort and convenience to the original finishings which include stone walls and wooden ceilings.

Perfect for large families and friends, the villa is organised into 4 independent but connected apartments with a 5th space as dedicated dining and relax area where the entire group can cook, eat and spend time together.

Surrounding the villa is a beautiful garden and lawned area with private woods and olive groves beyond. Outside, guests can enjoy the barbecue and al-fresco dining area, large enough for the entire group. There’s also a large outdoor hot tub and a wonderful swimming pool, perfect to while away the days under the Italian sun!

The villa sleeps up to 18 people over 7 double bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 2 double sofa beds. The apartments are independent of each other;

Apartment 1 has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lounge, dining and kitchen area.

Apartment 2 has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lounge, dining and kitchen area.

Apartment 3 is an open space apartment with double bed in the loft and 2 double sofa beds below. There is 1 bathroom and a small kitchenette space.

Apartment 4 is in the tower and has 1 double bedroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs.

Apartment 5 is the communal space dedicated to the whole group and offers a kitchen, dining and relax area. There’s a bathroom here also.

Each kitchen is fully equipped including hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher.

The villa comes complete with WIFI throughout and the bedrooms all have air conditioning.

LOCATION

One of the major towns on Lake Garda, Salò is popular all year round and is a great starting point to explore this wonderful area. Ferries leave regularly from the port offering a great way to visit many other places around the lake.

The supermarket, local Saturday market and lake are around 15 - 20 minutes walk away.

Although within walking distance to Salò and all the facilities, we would recommend the use of a vehicle here. There is ample private parking available.
