Description

Villa Cipressi is a wonderfully charming villa with lovely private pool, lake view and just a 15 minute walk from the town of Gardone Riviera. The villa was frequented by the famous poet and writer Gabriele d'Annunzio and a plaque written by the poet still stands there today. Villa Cipressi boasts Italian 1930s elegance with a garden adorned with colourful blooms and an interior that is an eclectic mix of 30s sophistication and traditional charm.

Step inside the villa and you'll find homely décor and a stunning 1930s central staircase that connects the different levels of the home. The ground level of the villa has the living, dining and kitchen areas that overlook the garden, lake and pool.

The villa sleeps 13 guests over 6 bedrooms, all of which are located on the upper floors. The first floor has four bedrooms, three of which have lake view balconies. The master bedroom is a double and has both an ensuite and separate walk-in wardrobe. This floor also hosts another double bedroom, a single bedroom and a triple room (with beds that can be joined). The top floor is entirely dedicated to a large family suite with double bed and double sofa bed, a small single room and a private bathroom.

There are 4 bathrooms in the villa: one on the ground floor; one ensuite to the master bedroom and a family bathroom on the first floor; the fourth bathroom is on the top floor with the family suite.

The living space is a lovely spot for relaxing after a long day, where everyone can comfortably sit together. The dining room is through large glass doors, that can be opened to create an open plan living space. The kitchen is fully equipped to rustle up all sorts of local dishes and comes complete with Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.

The outdoor area is a truly beautiful space, with a large private pool sitting amongst lush green trees and colourful flowers. It’s the perfect place to spend your day, either swimming or relaxing poolside on one of the sun loungers.

There is air conditioning in the bedrooms (except the single room) and the villa has WIFI throughout.

LOCATION

Villa Cipressi is in a wonderful location in Gardone Riviera. It is close to town and the lake and within a few minute drive or 15 to 20 minute walk, you can be enjoying everything this beautiful lakeside town has to offer. There's plenty here from bars and restaurants to shops and quirky tourist attractions and Gardone Riviera is serviced buy the lake ferries - a great way to explore other must-see towns around Lake Garda.

This area is really well located near to some of Lake Garda’s most popular towns and villages - Salò is just a few minutes drive and has the longest lakeside promenade along Lake Garda.

There is a garage for two cars and private parking for up to 4 cars on the property the property.
