This villa is an idyllic rural getaway, surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards and fields. It’s a wonderful, truly Italian villa with a mix of both modern and country style.

Villa Capri accommodates up to 12 guests over five bedrooms, spread across two of the three floors. The first floor has three bedrooms with air conditioning (1 double; 1 twin room that be joined to make a double; 1 room with bunk beds) while the lower floor has two doubles and a double sofa-bed in the living area. There are also four full bathrooms, three with shower and 1 with bathtub. There is also an additional service bathroom with toilet.

This villa has two living spaces - the main living area is a large space that has a flat screen television, perfect for movie nights as well as an open plan living-dining space. There is also a large dining area that can seat all guests.

There are two well-equipped kitchens, complete with everything you need to whip up a tasty feast - there’s also a Nespresso machine for a fresh morning coffee and an eat-in kitchen table, perfect for a quick breakfast before a day of exploring.

The gardens of the villa are home to the private swimming pool, a perfect place to spend the day or even just for a refreshing dip after a day of adventure. There's also a dining space outside, perfect for some al-fresco dining and a glass of wine while the sun sets.

The villa has WIFI and Air Conditioning in the three upper bedrooms.

Please Note: The lower floor with the two bedrooms and a living area is partially underground.

LOCATION

Located in the heart of the countryside, Villa Capri is just 500m from the village of Soiano del Lago and 1.5km from the town of Polpenazze. Soiano is a charming medieval village with a wonderful castle as well as a few shops and services. Polpenazze is a little bigger with more restaurants and services and is around 20 minutes away by foot.

Villa Capri is only 3.5km from the lake and beaches of Manerba del Garda.

The villa has parking for 2 cars in the garage and 4 more in the courtyard.
