Description

Villa Campagna is a stunning traditional country manor, surrounded by fields offering wonderful. It is next door to the Arzaga Golf club, and just 5km from Lake Garda and the nearest beaches.

The villa grounds are large and beautifully kept, with a private pool furnished with loungers and parasols and wonderful outdoor relax areas, including a gazebo with dining table for 16 or more, a beautiful circular outdoor bed with gazebo, and an equipped outdoor kitchen.

Fully restored, refurnished and redecorated in 2019, the villa combines traditional antique italian features (like wooden ceilings, brick and stone walls, antique terracotta tiles) with modern and comfortable furnishings and fittings. It sleeps 15 in 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, and is a perfect location for a relaxing holiday for groups of family and friends.

The property is right next door to the Arzaga Golf club and guests may enter to use the Club facilities including the spa, restaurant, bar, shop, golf course.

Villa Campagna sleeps 15 in 5 bedrooms - Bedroom 1 is a quadruple with 2 double beds; Bedroom 2 is a quadruple with double bed and double sofa bed; Bedroom 3 is a twin room; Bedroom 4 is a triple with double bed and single sofa bed; Bedroom 5 is a double room.

There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - one ensuite to the master bedroom with large jacuzzi bath tub and separate shower; two family bathrooms for the other bedrooms and a utility room with full bathroom with shower. This bathroom also has the laundry facilities for the villa.

The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with all the modern appliances including oven and coffee machine and the bright and large open space living area has a wonderful picture window overlooking the courtyard.

The villa has a fantastic portico area with a dining table for 15, barbecue area as well as a relax area and there is an outdoor kitchen next to the pool too, with another area for dining al-fresco.

There is Air Conditioning in 3 bedrooms as well as the lounge and WIFI is included.

LOCATION

The villa is adjacent to the famous Arzaga Golf Club and is just 5km from the lake and beaches of Padenghe Sul Garda.

A vehicle is essential at this property and there is covered parking in the courtyard for 3 cars and an uncovered area for another 3, within the secure gates and walls of the property.
