Villa Bella Vista is wonderful, newly built villa in a fantastic location overlooking Lake Garda. Designed to give guests a relaxing stay, the villa is modern and spacious with a great sized private swimming pool, lake views and private access to the beach.

The villa is spread over three levels and made up of two independent apartments, guaranteeing privacy yet still maintaining a wonderful shared area, making this villa great for families or groups travelling together.

Great for families, Villa Bella Vista has it's own private swimming pool with a shallow area, great for the little ones and is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols - a perfect spot to while away the days under the Italian sun!

The villa has two outdoor living spaces making great locations for some al-fresco dining, thanks to the barbecue area and large dining tables. These living areas open out on to the large garden and the entire property is fenced, making it a great choice for families with children and pets.

The villa sleeps 10 guests over 5 spacious bedrooms: one double bedroom on the first floor, with air conditioning; two double bedrooms on the ground floor overlooking the garden, with air conditioning; two double bedrooms in the lower level - although on the lower level, thanks to large French doors, the rooms are bright and have direct access to the garden.

Villa Bella Vista has 4 bathrooms in total, all recently modified and all with good sized showers. There is a bathroom on each floor as well as a bathroom with shower next to the pool area.

The villa has two living spaces - the ground floor lounge overlooks the garden and pool while the first floor lounge opens on to the terrace overlooking the lake. There are also two, well equipped kitchens, both complete with appliances including fridge, dishwasher and all-important coffee machine.

Located in a private residential area, villa guests have direct access to the beach through a private gate, used by some other villas in the immediate area.

WIFI is included at Villa Bella Vista and air conditioning is provided in 3 of the 5 bedrooms.

LOCATION

Villa Bella Vista is located in a private residential area, around 1.5km from both the port and town centre of Moniga del Garda. Moniga is small, renowned town on the south coast of Lake Garda and boasts a selection of excellent restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlours. There is a supermarket here too.

We highly recommend a vehicle here to really make the most of this wonderful area but there are some great restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance.

The villa has a large parking space, enough for up to 3 vehicles - one car indoors and two outside.

Villa Bella Vista is around a 1 hour drive from both Milan Bergamo and Verona airports.
