Sitting close to the town of Gardone Riviera, Villa Medusa is a truly unique luxury villa and nestles in 1.5 hectares of private estate above Lake Garda.

A cypress-lined path leads from the front gate into the property and the distinctly separate parking area. Use the villa’s golf cart and journey along a path lined with oleanders, past the pond and fountain to reach the villa itself. Small paths lead around the estate including to the wonderful outdoor dining area adjacent to the villa’s olive grove. There is a well-equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue, making for a wonderful al-fresco dining experience overlooking the lake.

A magnificent blend of contemporary design and innovation, this stunning, spacious home is spread over three levels and accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedroom suites. 

Floor to ceiling windows flood the home with light and open on to stunning views of the lake below. The ground floor is host to a spacious open-plan living space with lounge, dining area and a fully equipped, ultra-modern kitchen. The living area opens directly on to the terrace, complete with a stunning 25 metre infinity pool with jacuzzi as well as covered lounge and dining areas.

The ground floor is also host the wellness area with gym and sauna.

From the living room, a spectacular staircase leads upstairs to the bedroom suites of the left wing. A study with panoramic views sits in the middle of the top floor and separates the two upper double bedrooms. Both bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes and are en-suite. A second staircase leads to the first floor on the right wing with another double bedroom suite with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. 

Downstairs, the basement floor is dedicated to entertainment. The lounge has a sitting area as well as a queen size bed and can be used as the fourth bedroom. There is a toilet downstairs too and in the right wing of the basement, there is a games and tv room, pool table as well as a spacious bar area. The villa has WIFI.

Good to Know

There are two outdoor relax areas: there is a covered lounge and dining area on the terrace and a second, outdoor dining area with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining table.

The jacuzzi is integrated into the swimming pool and there is an outdoor shower too.

All the beds are king size except in the fourth room in the basement area, which is queen size. It is best suited to 1 adult or 2 children/teenagers.

Due to the architectural features of the villa, Villa Medusa is not recommended for families with small children under the age of 6.
