A wonderful new addition to our luxury Lake Garda villas, Villa Margherita sits high in the hills above the towns of Torri del Benaco and Garda on the east side of Lake Garda. This stunning modern villa has been lovingly and carefully designed and, thanks to its hilltop location, boasts magnificent, breathtaking views of the lake below.

Drink in stunning lake views, take a dip in the pool or relax in the gardens – whichever you choose, Villa Margherita offers it all. A wonderful blend of modern design and fine furnishings, this stunning home sleeps 10 guests over 5 bedrooms, making it an excellent choice for families holidaying together.

The living area of Villa Margherita is spread across two open-plan floors, with the upper floor the heart of this lakeview villa. Vast floor to ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and stunning views over the mountains and Lake Garda below make for an exceptional villa experience in Italy.

Italian living is about good food, fine wine and friends and the upper floor of the villa has been designed with just this in mind. This floor is home to the spacious and bright kitchen and dining area. Step through wide glass doors on to the covered terrace overlooking the pool – this terrace is complete with outdoor kitchen and barbecue, perfect for summer al-fresco dining.

Enjoy morning coffee or evening aperitivo on the sleek front facing balcony, a stunning spot to admire more breathtaking lake and mountain views.

The master double bedroom is on this floor and is complete with ensuite bathroom. Lovely features include the relax corner and the private terrace with panoramic views of the lake.

Head downstairs to the lower floor for the other four bedrooms – two double and two twin rooms. Both double bedrooms are ensuite, with one opening onto the garden and the other offering views over the garden and lake. The two twin bedrooms both have views over the garden and have a shared family bathroom.

The lower floor is also home to the spacious living room. Featuring a bar area and billiard table, this living space also opens onto another covered terrace and the floor is complete with tv room and comfy sofas.

Outside, spend lazy days around the private swimming pool. The sun deck is complete with sun loungers and parasols and offers the same stunning lake views.

Good to know

Villa Margherita has air conditioning in the bedrooms as well as WIFI throughout and there is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

Location

Sitting in the hills on the east coast of Lake Garda and offering some of the finest lake views, Villa Margherita is just 8km from the beautiful lakeside towns of Torri del Benaco and Garda.

At just 15 minutes drive, both towns are popular with the locals and offer quaint streets, boutique shops and lakeside trattorie. The well-known town of Malcesine sits in the north of Lake Garda with Verona in the south and are both just a 40 minute drive away.

The small mountain village of San Zeno di Montagna is a little further up the hill with a few restaurants, some offering wonderful views over the lake as you dine. This is within walking distance (around 15 minutes or so) but there are stretches of road without a footpath.

A vehicle is needed here and there is outdoor parking for up to 4 vehicles.
