The ground floor is an impressive open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen and floor to ceiling windows that open on to the covered patio and endless views of the lake and mountains beyond. 

The two sleeping areas of the villa are to each side of the living space. One side is home to the double master bedroom and the twin bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. The other side has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. 

The lower floor of the villa features a spacious lounge with dining area as well as a fantastic home cinema area. This floor also has the fourth bathroom.

Outside, the landscaped gardens have been as carefully designed as the interior. The private infinity pool is a stunning spot to soak up the incredible views as is the covered terrace, a perfect place for true Italian al-fresco dining. 

Villa Camellia is an ultra modern villa designed and fitted with state of the art technology, home automation and of course, air conditioning throughout. Laundry facilities are also on hand.
