Chalet Vilaiet is brand new luxury mountain chalet located on the slopes of Ortisei in Val Gardena. A bustling mountain village in one of the quieter parts of the Dolomiti Superki, Ortisei is surrounded by dramatic Dolomite scenery and offers a fantastic location for both winter ski and summer hiking.
A luxury ski-in and ski-out chalet, this stunning mountain home is located at the very edge of the ski slope and is owned and run by ski world champion Isolde Kostner. A winter ski stay here includes a guided skiing tour by this world famous Olympian herself.
Open all year round, this lovingly designed luxury chalet combines a blend of traditional mountain elements with modern design and super chic details, offering a truly unique stay in the Dolomites.
Lavishly furnished and refined to the smallest details, the superb Chalet Vilaiet spans three floors and accommodates up to 7 guests.
The three elegant en-suite double bedrooms are all situated on the ground floor and open directly on the chalets’ garden and outdoor pool. One of the double rooms can be configured with an additional single bed, making it an ideal family room.
The heart of this beautiful mountain home is the open-plan living area on the first floor and features a spacious lounge, dining area and a state of the art kitchen. High ceilings and floor to ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and with lush sofas and beautiful fireplace, the lounge is the perfect spot to relax after a day in the mountains. The dining area boasts a large table, perfect for entertaining and the living area is complete with big screen projector and high end surround sound from Bang & Olufsen for the best movie experience.
Head downstairs to the basement for the chalet’s stunning wellness and spa area. For ultimate relaxation, Chalet Vilaiet features a Finnish sauna, steam bath, Aquamoon waterfall shower and snow shower and the relaxation space boasts a comfortable lounge, TV and bar area. There is a state of the art treadmill here too and guests can enjoy a wealth of massage and beauty treatments in the chalet’s private treatment room.
Step outside to the chalet’s beautiful gardens and stunning outdoor heated swimming pool. Open all year round, the pool and gardens are the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by this idyllic and peaceful location in the Dolomites.

Chalet Vilaiet is staffed and catered to ensure the most exclusive luxury mountain stay in Val Gardena. Your Concierge will welcome you as you arrive to a complimentary champagne reception.
Your Concierge is on hand to help you tailor an unforgettable stay in Ortisei and will look after everything from shopping to log fires to a shuttle service. Housekeeping will look after the chalet with a daily service.
Discover traditional local cuisine with your private in-chalet chef who will prepare breakfast and dinners throughout your stay or enjoy in-house wine tasting with the region’s best South Tyrolean wines.
Your chalet staff will treat you to afternoon tea each day with the finest team and coffee, homemade pastries, cakes and canapés.
The team can also arrange ski, board and boot fitting directly in the chalet and for the ultimate experience, let chalet owner and skiing world champion Isolde Kostner take you for a day of guided skiing in Val Gardena.

Open all year round and perfect for both winter ski and summer hiking, Chalet Vilaiet is perfectly located right in the heart the Dolomites.
Situated directly on the ski slopes and in the centre of hikers paradise, this deluxe home is far enough away from the bustle of Ortisei, yet close enough to enjoy this fantastic mountain village.
A bustling village in one of the quieter parts of the Dolomiti Superki, Ortisei is surrounded by dramatic Dolomite scenery and is just 10km from the famous town of Selva Val Gardena and the Sellaronda ski circuit.
The chalet is “ski in and ski out” with the centre of the town just under 10 minutes drive away. Guests can also enjoy dinner, included in the rental of the chalet, at the nearby Costamula restaurant, a listed farm dating back to 1608.
The closest airports to Ortisei and Chalet Vilaiet are Bolzano (1 hour), Innsbruck (1 hour 50 minutes) and Verona (just over 2 hours).
Private airport transfers can be arranged and for guests travelling by car, there is a private garage complete with electric vehicle charging.

Rates from £19,000 GBP (low season, Summer) to £22,700 GBP (high season, Summer) per week
Rates from £22,700 GBP (low season, Winter) to £57,450 GBP (high season, Winter) per week
• Minimum stay is 3 nights with flexible changeover days
• Prices based on 4 persons. £135 per person, per night for additional guests up to 6 persons. This cost will be added during the booking process.
• 7th person is £225 per night extra. Please contact us for bookings with 7 guests.
