Our Desenzano Country apartments are in a wonderful and newly renovated 8th century farmstead. With just 10 independent apartments, the residence is small and exclusive and is perfect for both families and couples, offering a wonderful pool and garden area.

With a gorgeous vineyard on the doorstep, the residence is in a quiet area of Desenzano del Garda and is just a short stroll to the lake and beach. Carry on along the lovely tree-lined avenue and within 15 minutes, you’ll be in the centre of this wonderful lakeside town! There’s a great selection of boutique shops, restaurants and cafes or head to the ferry port and explore all Lake Garda has to offer.

Don’t miss the burger & gin place in the centre of town…not your usual Italian dinner but certainly different and one of our favourites! (Suitable for grown ups and kids!)

Our three bedroom apartments have been designed for 5 people and are split into two levels with an open plan living space downstairs complete with kitchen and dining area. The large glass doors make the apartment bright and airy and step through to your own private patio overlooking the courtyard and pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and dishwasher and meals can be enjoyed inside the apartment and al-fresco! There’s a dining table & chairs outside too.

Head upstairs to the “zone Notte” with a comfortable double room, one twin room, one single room and elegant bathroom with shower.

The apartment is air conditioned and WIFI is also available.

The apartments all open towards the gardens, home to the wonderful swimming pool, complete with hydromassage. Sun loungers are dotted around the pool, making it a perfect place to spend the day or just to relax after an afternoon of exploring.

All guests have access to barbecue facilities and there is a laundry here too.

Do I need a Car?
We usually recommend having a car when visiting Lake Garda - it opens endless possibilities to explore this wonderful area. However, a car is not essential here. The residence is around 15 minutes walk to the centre of town and is very close to the lake and beach. If you do have a vehicle, there is free parking available.

Desenzano is on the south coast of Lake Garda and is a lively and popular town in itself. With one of only two train stations on Lake Garda, it's a perfect base for exploring Lake Garda with plenty of day trip options including Verona, Milan and Venice.

Ferries regularly leave the port so you can head out on the waters to explore more towns around Lake Garda.

Desenzano has it’s own exit from the main A4 Milan-Venice motorway and the residence is just under a 1 hour drive from Milan Bergamo Airport and around half an hour from Verona Airport.
