Beautiful 18th century villa, skilfully restored in wonderful location with swimming pool, pretty gardens and a short stroll to the village centre. The lake is only 15 minutes walk away.

This beautiful villa is an ancient 18th century villa that has recently been skilfully restored to preserve its original characteristics. All 10 apartments have been uniquely finished with stunning hand-crafted furniture, terracotta flooring and wooden beams throughout. The apartments look over the centuries old courtyard and gardens with swimming pool.

All apartments have air conditioning and fitted kitchens with dishwashers.

This exclusive residence offers peace and tranquilty and is the ideal starting place to see this wonderful part of Lake Garda. The villa is in the heart of the beautiful historic centre of San Felice del Benaco. Various shops, bars and restaurants are located only 50 meters from the villa and a pleasant fifteen-minute stroll takes you directly to the lake.

There is private parking in the garages of the residence and there are laundry facilities available.

Bicycles, cots and highchairs are available for hire.

Terms and conditions

A deposit of 30% will secure your booking and your holiday balance will be due 56 days before departure. If your booking is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be payable.

Check-in times are from 1600 hours to 1900 hours.
We do recommend that you arrange flights in line with these arrival times. Late arrivals must be arranged with us and in advance. If this not done, no one will be available to welcome you and access to the property will not be possible.

Departures are before 1000.

Bed linen and towels, final cleaning, energy, water and air conditioning are included in our prices. * Although final cleaning is included in our prices, we do ask guests to ensure that the kitchen is clean on departure and all rubbish disposed of.

Italian Tourist Tax: Tourist Tax is payable on this property. The charge is Euro 0,50 per person per day (persons 14 years and over only). This must be paid to the residence on arrival. For more information on Italian Tourist Tax, please see our General Bookings Conditions. # This tax is only due for stays between 1 June & 30 September 2012

There is security deposit of 150 Euros due on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure.

On payment of the balance you will receive by email your accommodation voucher along with directions to the property.
