Discounts policy

Terms and conditions

A deposit of 30% will secure your booking and your holiday balance will be due 56 days before departure. If your booking is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be payable.

Check-in times are from 1500 hours to 2000 hours.

We do recommend that you arrange flights in line with these arrival times. Late arrivals must be arranged with us and in advance. If this not done, no one will be available to welcome you and access to the property will not be possible.

Departures are before 1000.

Bed linen and towels, energy, water and electricity are included in our prices. Final cleaning is also provided free of charge.

There is security deposit of 100 Euros due on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure.

On payment of the balance you will receive by email your accommodation voucher along with directions to the property.

July-August bookings must be made between Saturdays only.
