Situated in a wonderfully strategic position only 5 minutes away from the pretty town of Peschiera and the shores of Lake Garda, it is the ideal starting point for a real holiday on Lake Garda . . . explore nearby Verona, Venice, Milan or simply the towns dotted on the shores of this beautiful part of Italy.

The residence offers free shuttle services to Peschiera del Garda (July & August only) town centre as well as to the Gardaland and Caneva World theme parks. For real golf-lovers there are also 7 other golf clubs in the nearby area.

With its own private access, guests can reach the Club House of the Golf Club Paradiso and even enjoy a discount on green fees!

The Golf Club Paradiso winds between the beautiful hills of the area and offers stuning views of Monte Baldo and of the blue of Lake Garda. The 18 championship holes extend 800,000 square meters!

In addition to the 18-hole course, guests can use the driving and putting range, the Golf Academy or even the sports centre with football and five-a-side football fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, beach volley, a semi-Olympic swimming pool and a childrenÂ’s swimming pool.

Terms and conditions

A deposit of 30% will secure your booking and your holiday balance will be due 56 days before departure.If your booking is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be payable.

Check-in times are from 1500 hours to 1800 hours. We do recommend that you arrange flights in line with these arrival times. NOTE: arrivals outside of these check-in times will be subject to a 50 EUR charge, paid to the reception.

Late arrivals must be arranged with us and in advance. If this not done, no one will be available to welcome you and access to the property will not be possible.
Departures are before 1000.

Energy, water and air conditioning are included in our prices.

Final Cleaning & Bed Linen and Towels are to paid locally on arrival: Euro 20,00 per person.

There is security deposit of 150 Euros due on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure.
