This brand new residence, opening in 2012, is situated only a short stroll away from the pretty town centre of Moniga del Garda. Only 200 metres from the beach, this new residence enjoys are quiet and panoramic location, offering wonderful views over the lake.

Elegantly finished, the residence offers both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments on either ground or first floor level. Those on the first floor have spacious terraces whilst though on the ground floor have patios leading on to the gardens.

Within the residence, there is a excellent swimming pool, suitable to both young and old; play area and even a bar and small shop. There is also a lounge room with TV and games console and there is Wi-Fi access throughout the residence.

With either 1 or 2 bedrooms, the majority of the apartments have lake views and come completely equipped. All apartments have outdoor furniture for al-fresco eating and all come with air conditioning.

A car is not essential at this property but just in case, there is private parking within the residence.

Highchairs, cots and baby baths are also available on request and there are laundry facilities.

Discounts policy

Terms and conditions

A deposit of 30% will secure your booking and your holiday balance will be due 56 days before departure. If your booking is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be payable.

Check-in times are from 1600 hours to 2000 hours.

We do recommend that you arrange flights in line with these arrival times. Late arrivals must be arranged with us and in advance. If this not done, no one will be available to welcome you and access to the property will not be possible.

Departures are before 1000.

All bed linen and towels and final cleaning on departure are provided free of charge

Air Conditioning, if required, is charged at €5.00 per day for a one bedroom and €7 for a two bedroom apartment per day, payable locally.

There is security deposit of 100 Euros due on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure.

Italian Tourist Tax: Tourist Tax is payable on this property. The charge is Euro 0,50 per person per day (persons 14 years and over only). This must be paid to the residence on arrival. For more information on Italian Tourist Tax, please see our General Bookings Conditions. # This tax is only due for stays between 1 June & 30 September 2012 #

On payment of the balance you will receive by email your accommodation voucher along with directions to the property.
