Only 3 apartments in a private villa with spectacular lake views! In a peaceful location with swimming pool, this villa overlooks Lake Garda and is only a short stroll to the town of Malcesine, the lake and beach.

Our villa is located only 20 minutes walk away from the beautiful town of Malcesine and the lake and beaches. Malcesine provides an ideal base for a most enjoyable holiday in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy offering easy access to the local area and even Verona, Milan and Venice.

The villa has a private swimming pool surrounded by an olive grove and guests have the use of the garage for secure parking. In the garden, guests can also take advantage of our BBQ area!

There is private parking within the villa.

Terms and conditions

A deposit of 30% will secure your booking and your holiday balance will be due 56 days before departure. If your booking is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be payable.

Check-in times are from 1600 hours to 1900 hours.
We do recommend that you arrange flights in line with these arrival times. Late arrivals must be arranged with us and in advance. If this not done, no one will be available to welcome you and access to the property will not be possible.

Departures are before 1000.

There is security deposit of 100 Euros due on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure.

All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge and water, electricity and gas are included in our prices. Final cleaning is also included.

Additional changes of bed linen and towels are possible and which must be ordered and paid for on arrival.

On payment of the balance you will receive by email your accommodation voucher along with directions to the property. Please see our booking conditions for full details
