This new residence opened in March 2010 and has been constructed with the upmost care and attention to detail. Situated in an amazing 130,000 square metres of park, the original buildings date back as far the 17th century! These have been carefully restored and using an array of traditional methods and materials including stone and wood.

The owners have created 9 spacious apartments surrounded by spectacular lake views, wonderful gardens and a swimming pool, heated through the use of solar panels. The swimming pool area is equipped with parasols and sun loungers.

Located in the hills just above the pretty town of Gardone Riviera, this small residence offers a wonderful stay for couples and familiies alike and an excellent base to visit this wonderful area of Lake Garda.

Terms and conditions

A deposit of 30% will secure your booking and your holiday balance will be due 56 days before departure. If your booking is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be payable.

Minimum stay is 7 nights Saturday-Saturday however contact us if you require fewer nights.

Check-in times are from 1500 hours to 1900 hours.

We do recommend that you arrange flights in line with these arrival times. Late arrivals must be arranged with us and in advance. If this not done, no one will be available to welcome you and access to the property will not be possible.

Departures are before 1000.

All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

There is a final cleaning charge, payable on departure: 1 Bedroom: 35 Euros 2 Bedrooom: 45 Euros Please note: although final cleaning is provided, guests are expected to leave the kitchen area clean.

Air Conditioning is available in each apartment and is charged according to consumption (Euro 0.60 per kw per hour).

There is security deposit of 100 Euros due on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure.

Italian Tourist Tax: Tourist Tax is payable on this property. The charge is Euro 1,00 per person per day (persons 14 years and over only). This must be paid to the residence on arrival. For more information on Italian Tourist Tax, please see our General Bookings Conditions.
