1 and 2 bedroom apartments in perfectly located hillside residence with swimming pool and wonderful views over Lake Garda. The residence is 3km away from the magnificent town of Garda, the lake and beaches. Air Conditioning available in some apartments charges payable locally..

Thanks to their ideal location, these apartments are the right starting point for excursions on the lake and the surrounding area. Facing the Golf Club Ca degli Ulivi, the residence is surrounded by woodlands and vineyards and the town of Garda is a few minutes drive away, where you can find a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. The town offers access to the lake and beach and ferries leave from the port, taking you all over Lake Garda.

The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen; bathroom with shower; balcony or terrace; some apartments have lake views and air conditioning. There is a lovely swimming pool with plenty of space for soaking the sun and is surrounded by olive trees.

To give guests that little extra, there is a small bar/restaurant overlooking the pool where you can enjoy a range of food and drink and the views over Lake Garda! There are also tennis courts for those of you who are a little more active!

There is parking within the residence and laundry facilities are available.

Terms and conditions

A deposit of 30% will secure your booking and your holiday balance will be due 56 days before departure. If your booking is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be payable.

Check-in times are from 1500hrs-2000 hrs.

We do recommend that you arrange flights in line with these arrival times. Late arrivals must be arranged with us and in advance. If this not done, no one will be available to welcome you and access to the property will not be possible.

Departures are before 0900.

Energy, water and electricity are included in our prices. Final cleaning is also provided free of charge.

Bed Linen, Towels and Pool Towels (for the 1st two persons) are also included. Bed Linen and Towels for the 3rd person onwards is €18.00 per person per change payable locally

Type B apartments: Air-conditioning in first floor apartments only and chargable at 49 euro per week  payable locally

There is security deposit of 200 Euros due on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure.

Italian Tourist Tax: Tourist Tax is payable on this property. The charge is Euro 1,00 per person per day (persons 14 years and over only). This must be paid to the residence on arrival. For more information on Italian Tourist Tax, please see our General Bookings Conditions.

On payment of the balance you will receive by email your accommodation voucher along with directions to the property.
